We provide photography services as agreed upon in your package. Any additional requests outside the agreed package may incur extra charges.
3. Copyright and Usage
We retain the copyright to all images. However, you will receive personal use rights for the photos. We will not use your photos on our social media without your explicit permission.
4. Liability
While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of services (e.g., severe weather, illness). In such rare cases, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement or refund the amount paid.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
